Gift Certificate Terms and Conditions

Purchasing, Sending and Receiving Gift Certificate

• Ready to use instantly.

• To redeem: enter customized code or present screenshot of code at time of booking.

• Gift certificates are not valid until payment has been received in full and has been processed.

• Alana Adetola Arts Photography, LLC reserves the right to refuse service or reverse any gift certificate purchase for any reason and return the funds to the original purchaser.

Redeeming Gift Certificates

• Gift certificates are only redeemable at Alana Adetola Arts Photography, LLC for the amount or service specified on the gift certificate, by the expiration date indicated.

• Gift certificates are not redeemable for cash and cannot be returned for a cash refund.

• Gift certificates must be used in one session; must be fully redeemed.

• Any unused balance of the gift certificate will remain until redeemed or expired [as per the date written on the certificate], whichever occurs first.

• If a purchase exceeds the amount listed on the gift certificate, the redeemer is responsible for paying the difference at time of purchase.

Cancellation and Expiration of Gift Certificates

• Alana Adetola Arts Photography, LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen gift certificates.

• Gift certificates are not valid or redeemable after the expiration date indicated on the gift certificate. In the event that Alana Adetola Arts Photography, LLC decides to accept an expired gift certificate, a 20% inactive fee will be applied to the remaining gift certificate balance.

• Alana Adetola Arts Photography, LLC will replace a valid lost gift certificate, provided the original gift certificate hasn’t been redeemed and the replacement is issued to either the original purchaser or a verifiable recipient.

• Alana Adetola Arts Photography, LLC reserves the right to contact gift certificate purchasers, or known recipients, to remind them of upcoming expiration dates.

Miscellaneous 

• Alana Adetola Arts Photography, LLC reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace any part of this agreement. Should any changes occur, clients will be notified.

• Any photography service payments must be made in one full payment on the day of the photo shoot, unless negotiated otherwise. An invoice will be sent to the client prior to the photo session.

Privacy Policy

Clients Rights

• Alana Adetola Arts Photography, LLC respects the privacy of her clients and make reasonable attempts to protect that privacy and will never under any circumstance distribute your information

• The contact information collected by Alana Adetola Arts Photography, LLC remains relevant in the context of offering or providing professional photographic services.

• Personal information collected such as name, address, phone number and emails are only used to contact the client in relation to services, and at the request of the client can be erased from our system.

• Clients reserve the right to request the removal of all personal information from our system.

• All photographs will be kept on record unless otherwise requested by the client.

• In the case of Religious adherence, all photographs will only be viewed by females unless this does not pertain to the client’s faith and/or personal request.

• Clients may be required to sign release forms, which will be presented by the photographer at the time of the shoot.
