PLUME STUDIOS

PLUME STUDIOS now offers a rentable studio space for creatives & photographers. This 1,600 sq. ft., private studio space offers a high-end consultation area, private bathroom, dressing room, kitchenette, vanity & [2] separate studio sets; equipped with [2] standard backdrop options complete with lots of natural light.


RATE

CAPACITY

During this time, PLUME STUDIOS can comfortably accommodate a maximum number of [8] or less [this includes all creative team members].


AMENITIES

  • [4] 10 ft Windows

  • Use of private wardrobe vanity

  • Private In-Studio Restroom & Kitchenette

  • [1] pre-installed white backdrop is included with each rental. [There is a $25 fee for a full sweep & roll-out of any seamless backdrops. [Colors vary and are subject to availability. Be sure to inquire ahead of time for current inventory. Special order backdrop colors can be requested and installed for $75. There is a [7] day minimum notice required for any special order backdrop install.]


STUDIO GUIDELINES

  • A $75 Non-Refundable retainer is required for all rentals. All fees must be paid at the start of your rental along with a signed copy of the electronic rental agreement.

  • Fees for additional time that were not billed during the initial booking will be due at the start of the rental period, NO EXCEPTIONS!

  • Rental time begins promptly at the agreed upon start time and will end promptly at the agreed upon end time, regardless if the renter and/or the renter’s group did not arrive/start on time.

  • Rental time-block includes: load-in, setup, tear-down and final clean up. THE STUDIO MUST BE CLEANED AND VACATED BY THE SCHEDULED END-TIME, NO EXCEPTIONS! Please consider this when booking your rental time-block.

  • A $75 cleaning fee will be applied if the studio is left in excessively dirty conditions, or if the renter arrives with a group of [8] or more.

  • There is absolutely NO SMOKING whatsoever allowed inside of the studio.

  • Music is to be kept at reasonable levels at all times.

  • No one will be admitted who shows signs of being under the influence of alcohol or illegal substances.

  • No pets allowed inside of the studio space at any given time.

  • All small and/or hard to clean props such as confetti, glitter, feathers, food products, body paint, etc. require approval at time of booking. Additional cleaning fees apply.

  • There can be no more than [8] people maximum in the studio at one time, NO EXCEPTIONS!

  • Renter is responsible for providing their own studio lighting for projects. Setup and tear down are the sole responsibility of the renter.

  • There is a $25 fee for a full sweep & roll-out of any seamless backdrops. [Colors vary and are subject to availability. CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING

  • There are no refunds for cancellations made less than [72] hours prior to scheduled rental.

  • We offer full refunds for cancellations made more than [72] hours prior to scheduled rental.

  • There is no rescheduling fee with at least [72] hour notice.

  • A $25 rescheduling fee will apply if notice is less then [72] hours prior to scheduled rental.

WHERE IS PLUME STUDIO LOCATED?

Plume Studio is located in the Niagara Frontier Food Terminal, located at 1500 Clinton Street in Buffalo, New York.

IS THERE ON-SITE PARKING?

Plenty of free parking can be found along the front of our building entrance.

WHAT ARE PLUME STUDIO’S RENTAL HOURS?

PLUME STUDIOS rental hours:

[Wednesday - Saturday] 12pm - 7pm

WHAT SIZE IS THE STUDIO SPACE?

1,600 square feet with 15 foot ceilings.

IS THE STUDIO WHEELCHAIR ACCESSIBLE?

Unfortunately no, sorry!

IS THERE AN ELEVATOR?

Yes! We have access to a private freight elevator. Please mention whether or not you will need access to the freight elevator at time of booking.

IS THE STUDIO PRIVATE?

Yes! This is a private photography studio. I will, however, be on-site during the duration of your rental time.

IS THERE A KITCHEN OR FRIDGE ON-SITE?

Yes! There is a fully furnished kitchenette on-site.

DOES THE STUDIO HAVE HEAR OR AIR CONDITIONING?

Plume studio has heat, but no air conditioning. Sorry!  

IS THERE WI-FI?

No, sorry!

IS THERE ACCESS TO A BLUETOOTH SPEAKER?

Yes! there is a Bluetooth wireless speaker that you are welcome to connect to during your rental time.

DO YOU PROVIDE PROPS AND/OR LIGHTING?

RENTERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR BRINGING EVERYTHING THAT THEY NEED FOR THEIR SESION [LIGHTING, PROPS, MAKEUP, ETC.]***

CAN I ARRIVE EARLY TO SETUP?

Your rental period starts and ends promptly. If you know that your session will require setup and breakdown time, please reserve additional time as your rental period DOES NOT include a setup/cleanup “grace period” before or after your reservation time slot. There is a $25 late fee for every [15] minutes that you go beyond your selected time slot.

CAN I VIEW THE STUDIO SPACE BEFORE BOOKING?

We currently do not offer walk-in viewings of the space, but you are welcome to request a quick video tour of the space prior to booking. You can also find plenty of reference photographs HERE.
